Shipping methods and shipping costs

Orders within Greece are not charged for shipping if they are over 150.00€. For orders up to € 150.00 shipping costs are € 6, if your order weighs up to 2 Kg. For orders weighing more than 2 Kg, each extra Kg, costs an additional 1 €.

All orders are shipped from our store on the next business day (Monday to Friday), from the day of its construction. Orders are sent through Geniki Taxydromiki and are delivered in 1-2 business days for landing destinations.

Important Information: If the shipping address of your order is considered inaccessible according to the lists of the Geniki Taxydromiki,the receipt of your order should be done by you, from the respective branch and the delivery will NOT be done at your place.

Shipping with Transport Company

Some products are shipped exclusively with a Transport Company. You will be informed about the exact shipping cost by us, after you complete your purchase.

Receipt from the store

When completing your order, you can choose to pick up your order from our store at St. Niarchou 94 (former University), 45332, Ioannina. In this case, the products you ordered will be reserved for you for 3 working days and during this period you can come to Ioannina stores at any time and pick up your parcel. After the above period, your order is automatically canceled. For the best service, the competent employees inform the customer about the status of the order before its cancellation.
